A: Your experience will be designed to the unique needs of your organization. The exact pricing will be dependent upon a variety of factors including the size of your team, specific growth areas to be addressed, your desired level of proficiency and the amount of time you will be willing to commit to this effort. We’ll be happy to discuss pricing for your team once we’ve together identified your specific needs.
Q: How long does the engage! experience take?
How much time do I need to invest?
A: It depends on the unique needs of your team but the typical engagement lasts 12-18 months. The full experience often includes 1-2 personal coaching sessions per month per leadership team member, 1-2 team training sessions per month and 2-3 multi-day offsite team experiences. The customization opportunities are endless but we’ve typically found that those leaders who invest the most time usually generate the best results for their team.
Q: Where does the engage! experience take place?
A: Most of the experience can be completed at your leadership team’s location. Selected team training sessions and offsite experiences may require some short travel excursions.
